🧠 Confidential Adviser: Anonymous Wellbeing Support

Today, we’re launching one of our most human updates yet.
Confidential Adviser brings private, anonymous wellbeing support directly into PulseBoard — helping teams take care of each other without compromising privacy.

💬 What It Does

Confidential Adviser lets designated team members (like HR, managers, or wellbeing coaches) offer support to colleagues who might be struggling — completely anonymously until the support is accepted.

If someone logs a “stressed” or “burnout” check-in, the system automatically creates a confidential support request. Advisers can then reach out through a secure, private channel.

No one else in the organization sees who the person is — not even admins.

🔐 How It Works

  • Anonymous by default: The team member stays anonymous until they choose to accept the adviser’s offer.
  • Smart triggers: Alerts are created after a burnout check-in or repeated stress signals.
  • Privacy-respecting flow: All conversations remain confidential and fully GDPR-compliant.
  • Multi-channel delivery: Support notifications appear in PulseBoard, Slack, and Microsoft Teams — wherever your team works.

🎯 Why It Matters

Mental health at work isn’t just about data — it’s about trust.
This feature gives people a safe way to ask for (or receive) help without fear of exposure or stigma.

🌍 Available Now

Confidential Adviser is included in PulseBoard v1.1.0 and available for all organizations starting today.
Admins can enable it via Organization Settings → Roles → Confidential Adviser.
